American Hospital Jobs Description For Marketing Specialist Position
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Plan, advertise, coordinate, implement and evaluate the American Hospital Satellite Clinics Marketing Plan through developing marketing campaigns to promote the seven Satellite clinics and through conducting thorough marketing research and analysis to evaluate new trends in the market in line with the American Hospital overall Marketing strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and develop the awareness of the American Hospital Satellite Clinics brand.
- Develop and implement a marketing plan for the satellite clinics to generate leads.
- Track marketing performance and monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials, and online activities.
- Work closely with agencies for creative designs materials.
- Write and proofread the diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Produce creative content including videos and posts.
- Organize and attend public targeted events to increase the awareness of the clinics. Source and secure sponsorships.
- Responsible for monitoring and responding to online and traditional media ensuring that a positive image of AHD Satellite Clinics is maintained and enhanced.
- Manage, develop and participate in various aspects of the business that directly and indirectly contribute to a brand’s competitiveness and overall success.
- Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing communication campaigns.
- Oversees the production of all Satellite Clinics marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts
- Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
- Support Business Development with their activities/campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess patients’ requirements and create plans accordingly
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Collaborate with department head in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Management or related subject required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience for profit marketing team, within a healthcare setting, preferably a group of clinics setting.
- Good working knowledge of Dubai / GCC marketing and market preferred
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good experience and knowledge in DHA regulations, SEO, Branding, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, Google Ads etc related to clinics
- In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
- Hands on experience with marketing software and tools
