The property consultant is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, must develop an ethical approach and understand the property market with a focus on the area assigned to him/her.

Job Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting clients in a professional ethical manner in finding them a suitable property to reside in.
  • Achieving sales targets / KPI’s.
  • Stay up-to-date with the property market and new Projects.
  • Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
  • Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.
  • Follow-up with your clients on a regular basis.
  • Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
  • Follow company’s policy and procedure for each transaction.
