This role is part of the Regional Wnd Team in West Central Asia and owns the delivery of all Contract Logistics(CL) implementations in the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead high priority contract logistics(CL) implementations in WCA (UAE, KSA, IBS and Pakistan Areas)
• Lead, guide and coach Implementations Managers who are driving the projects across WCA
• Own overall implementation budget delivery up until disengage phase
• Own overall quality of CL implementations across the region
• Regional responsibility for Implementation Framework rollout: Ensure areas are adopting standard implementation framework
• Build a World Class Global CL Implementation team in WCA:
  Attract, develop and retain a skilled team of Implementation Managers with the optimal mix of knowledge, experience and personalities and coordinate development globally in order to build a high performing function/team.
• Lead regional CL implementation community, establishing appropriate ways of working, tools and knowledge sharing for required capability
• Work closely with Global Implementation community regarding methodology enhancements sharing best practices
• Speak up and share both supportive and critical views in a way that fosters a dynamic and engaging pursuit of continuous improvement
• Capture and share knowledge / best practices throughout the regional SD community in WCA to support short and long term success

Who we are looking for?

• Highly experienced CL implementation leader who has extensive experience in leading complex engineering projects
• Experience of owning and managing budget delivery of complex warehouse implementations
• Strong people management and leadership skills as well as ability to collaborate and influence others, including suppliers
• A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player with a collaborative mindset
• Self-motivated, who can complete tasks without supervision and who can evaluate and manage risks appropriately
• Experience in setting up partnership or building own infrastructure to service customer’s warehousing and distribution needs
• Proven track record in a matrix, multi-cultural organization, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally
• Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Business Management (good to have)
• Sound understanding of financial tools/capital budgeting
• PMP certified (good to have)
• Proficient in Microsoft tools; Excel, word, etc
